Everyone is a photographer these days.
I am really pleased to have had an article featured on The Phoblographer about my medium format film work. Film is becoming increasing expensive and harder to get hold of. Independent camera stores where I would buy film have been closing down and it's becoming increasingly limited. I find it's harder work shooting on film as opposed to digital as well. Your back to manual everything; loading the film, manual focus, manual settings (make sure the dark slide is out), winding on the film and then you only get 12 shots so you better get it right. That's why I love it but you have a pressure on you each time not to mess up! Each film costs about £7 to buy and then you have processing costs on top of that. Having my work featured is a nice reminder that it is worth shooting film and there are still people out there who appreciate it.
